How much you earn: clear and transparent commissions

The commission for direct partners is 30% on every closed deal. The commission the developer pays the agency typically ranges from 4% to 6% of the property value, depending on the project.

Payment is made when the developer pays the commission to Lucietti Real Estate, typically within 2-3 months of the deal closing. No upfront costs, no risk.

The agreement is written and simple (1 page). If you want to build your own sub-referral network, the model provides 20% to the sub-referrer and 10% to you as the lead.
